A Fairfield native is using her passion to create opportunities for students in underserved and under-resourced communities around Birmingham. Dr. Adrienne Starks is helping those students become innovators through her non-profit organization STREAM Innovations. One of those programs is a coding boot camp that takes place during the summer. The boot camp is virtual this year due to COVID-19. Watch the video to learn more about STREAM Innovations and what led Starks to move back home from Maryland to help our students.
